All orders are shipped from Japan using Japan Post's EMS service. EMS is trackable worldwide, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from posting. The shipping cost is determined based on the final weight and size of the packed order, and also the destination country. EMS provides full coverage insurance up to 20,000 yen. Additional coverage is available at a small premium.

Shipping timeframe
